Zach's 1st Day
Zach got laid off from hp and was notified in June that his last day would be Oct. 22, and that ambitious go getter got a job before his end date....so no severence package :( He is now working for TD Ameritrade as a financial representative (and it is all inbound calls, Zach made me mention this because he doesn't want people to be scared to hang out with him). He has 11 weeks of training and has to pass to 2 certification tests. He is very excited for the career change!
He has also gotten into 3 film festivals so far; Mockfest in Hollywood, Houston Comedy Festival, and Wet Your Pants Comedy Film Festival in Indianapolis, with his film "Heels to the Pavement". This has him far more excited than the new job!

Cozumel Mexico
I took my Dental Boards Part I on July 27th and on July 28th we went to Cozumel, Mexico and spent a week at El Cozumeleno, an all inclusive gorgeous resort. This is Zach's favorite souvenir. He claims he will get alot of use out of it....
The best part was all the time we got to spend together relaxing and enjoying each other's company.
All dressed up before dinner. They had the best 3 course dinners.
Zach with his Salmon and Tilapia.
Krista with her Surf 'n'Turf, a delicious steak and shrimp.

Zach with his Fillet Mignon.
Enjoying my shrimp kabobs.
The restaurant we ate breakfast and lunch at right on the ocean. I loved the huge variety of fresh fruit, esp. the mangos.
The tequila factory tour....the straight agave juice, undistilled, very tasty and Zach's favorite.
Outside the tequila factory, the fountain and the agave plants, which grow for 10 years before they are dug up and opened to make 6 Liters of tequila.
Our tour margaritas.
The entrance to the tequila factory.
Our drive around the island on the last day when we rented a car.
We stopped at Playa Corona and snorkeled, they had a very shallow reef and some neat fish, and some people near us saw an octopus, which scared me, so we got out.
Zach driving the car we rented, it fit him perfectly.
We were walking on the beach near our hotel and Zach stepped on some rocks covered in wet algae, and cut his foot halfway thru our trip, so we cleaned the cuts up, but we couldn't stay out of the pools and the ocean, so they got infected, and they are still healing.
